When a full citation is not available, contributors should still provide basic source details so the material can be reviewed later.

Review Notes to Include
- Whether the source is original, copied, translated, summarized, or quoted
- Whether permission is needed
- Whether private personal information appears
- Whether the claim needs stronger sourcing
- Whether the record should be public, restricted, or held for review
Do not submit private addresses, exact personal locations, private family details, private phone numbers, private emails, or sensitive personal information without clear permission.
MongArchive may edit citation formatting for consistency. A submission can still be useful even when the citation is incomplete, but unclear sources may be marked “Needs Sources” or held for review.
